Job title: Area Sales Representatives (Accessories)

Type: permanent, full-time

Salary: 8000 RON gross monthly + 30% quarterly bonuses

Location: Regional (Moldova)

 

Job brief: For our partner, an internationally recognised company operating in the industry of premium and reliable power tools, equipment and floor care appliances, we are searching for an Area Sales Representative to present and sell the accessory product range of the business’ main brand.

 

Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the Sales Manager Romania, you are responsible for searching for new sales opportunities for power tool accessories on local market. In this role, you will:

  • Initiate, maintain and develop useful and beneficial relations with current and prospective customers,
  • Continuously monitor, analyse and evaluate the turnover, profitability and payment liability of customers,
  • Regularly organise and monitor promotions, through cooperation with product and marketing department
  • Keep an open eye on competition’s commercial and technical movements,
  • Provide product trainings and professional consulting for customers, dealers and other sales representatives
  • Visit clients at their commercial premises and submit sales and visit reports.

 

Key requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ successful selling experience (achieving targets) in a similar position; experience in power tool industry would be an advantage
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Clean driving licence (Cat. B – EU)
  • Excellent (native or fluent) Romanian language
  • Good understanding and use of English language

The ideal candidate should also:

  • show strong presentation, negotiation, and networking skills both internally and externally
  • express excellent problem-solving ability
  • demonstrate very good MS Office capabilities
  • possess an outgoing and likeable personality with the ability to work as a member of a fast-moving and growing team
  • display willingness and availability for regular business trips
