Job Title: Business Development Manager – Outdoor Power Equipment Milwaukee Poland

Reports to:                            Head of Sales Romania

 

Location:                               Filed based

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of new line of outdoor Milwaukee products
  • Opening new accounts in outdoor industry (distributors of garden/outdoor products, garden centers, outdoor/garden electric tools end users)
  • Distribution development of Milwaukee outdoor product line
  • Support business partners in selling outdoor line to end user by demonstrating range of products to end user, technical support)
  • The Business Development Manager (  Outdoor Power Equipment) will plan and manage own selling process (presentations, offering, price and contracts negotiations)
  • Train & educate end users in the performance advantage and safe use of Milwaukee products
  • Ensure that all Company products and services are continually promoted through regular contact with existing customers and prospects and follow up leads for new business opportunities
  • Close cooperation with marketing team
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities

 

Skills/Experience Required:

 

  • Minimum 4 years’ successful selling experience (achieving targets) with strong emphasis on end user/commercial sales
  • Ideally experience in/knowledge of outdoor industry, preferably with tools and services
  • Determination to build a career with a forward thinking business
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship building skills both internally and externally
  • Self-motivated and able to recognise new business opportunities
  • Excellent planning and time management/priorities skills
  • Strong IT skills e.g. CRM, SAP, QlickView, MS Office, PowerPoint, Internet other tools to analyse prices/sales activity in Internet etc
  • English – B2 level (minimum)
  • Technical education (an advantage)
  • Clean Driving License
