Type: permanent, full-time

Salary: 8000 RON gross monthly + 30% quarterly bonuses

Location: Regional (Muntenia or Moldova)


Job brief: For our partner, an internationally recognised company operating in the industry of premium and reliable power tools, equipment and floor care appliances, we are searching for two bold Area Sales Representatives to ensure an efficient management of the existing accounts and acquisition of new businesses.

In this position, you will master a dynamic and challenging professional trade sales environment. We expect you to be presentable, adaptative and approachable for different kinds of contexts and clients.


Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, you are responsible for extending and developing your own portfolio of customers. In this role, you will:

  • Identify business opportunities and consult with customers in order to increase the mutual trust and benefits of the business relationships, through strategic product range development and promotional planning,
  • Help stores by delivering high-impact merchandising, based on personal approaches and insightful support from the company’s marketing team,
  • Maintain and nurture partnerships with key business customers, ensuring a long-lasting and prosperous relationships,
  • Co-ordinate sales and work with / educate and train external stakeholders,
  • Conduct hands-on company’s products demonstrations,
  • Provide technical expertise and useful advice whenever the company’s clients need or request


Key requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ successful selling experience (achieving targets) in a similar position; experience in power tool industry would be an advantage
  • Higher education (technical profile well seen)
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Clean driving licence (Cat. B – EU)
  • Excellent (native or fluent) Romanian language
  • Good understanding and use of English language, at a conversational level (both written and spoken)

The ideal candidate should also:

  • show strong presentation, negotiation, and networking skills both internally and externally
  • demonstrate very good IT capabilities, especially in CRM, MS Office, Internet, and social media
  • be an outstanding time and task planner and organiser, have anticipation and intuition
  • possess an outgoing and likeable personality with the ability to work as a member of a fast-moving and growing team
  • display willingness and availability for regular business trips
